The School of City and Regional Planning at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor with core research and teaching interests in urban spatial analytics and data science. Candidates are expected to show promise in leading strong research programs in their areas of expertise demonstrated through scholarly recognition from peers and funding agencies. Candidates are also expected to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching and mentoring of students. There is a possibility of a joint appointment with Georgia Tech’s School of Interactive Computing, which is ranked among the top ten computer science departments in the nation, for candidates whose expertise bridges both schools.

The School of City and Regional Planning at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for two (2) tenure-track Assistant Professor positions with core research and teaching interests in one or more of the following domains: a) housing, community, and/or real estate development; and b) local and regional economic development. Outstanding candidates in other areas that support the school’s mission and expand it in strategic directions will also be considered.
