Call for pre-proposals with deadline 18 September 2013. Currently there are two suggested proposals with University of Amsterdam and Aalborg University as partners (gaming as decision support tool and ex-post evaluations of sustainable urban mobility projects). Open to others in the TG if interested. |

Good opportunity for involvement of collaborators outside Europe (e.g. Australia/China), Green Cities/Smart Cities and Demographic shifts suggested as possible topics. Wendy Tan has contacts for European collaborators. |

Collaboration |
Focus on events inspired by Luca’s symposiums (1 day PhDs, 1 day practitioners), focus on exchange of ideas on methodology. Possibilities of exchanging past data sets, surveys, etc. via a repository on the AESOP TG website. |

Should be utilized much better as a platform of knowledge exchange, preferably with the possibility of editing rights for all members of the group. |

Financial support |
AESOP funding (€500) for organizing TG events (only content, no travel/administration). Also possible to utilize EU startup funds if suitable collaboration projects can act as anchors for organizing small TG conferences. |

PhD courses |
Possibilities of exchanging ideas via organizing PhD workshops on contemporary topics of interest to both PhDs and senior researchers (e.g. exchange of methods and introduction of new tools). |

Joint publications |
Open invitation for inviting TG members as coauthors to bring in data for additional cases that can bolster an existing concept for a publication. |

Sharing of ideas |
Set up a suitable forum for exchanging ideas or questions, possibly via the website or an external site that feeds to a blog or similar on the site (Morten). |

Mailing list |
Set up a mailing list with the opportunity of requesting automatic subscription/unsubscription options (Morten). |

Symposium dates |
Possibly in Feb/Nov, need volunteers to organize an event. Are there any on-going projects that could be used to provide support for this? |
