This is the closest hotel to the Manchester School of Architecture/Manchester Metropolitan University/University of Manchester (5 min walk). We have an arrangement with the hotel so you can get a fully flexible room rate including breakfast for £62.00 per night, if you mention that you are coming for the Manchester University conference/event. If you book through some discount sites and don’t mind fixed dates etc. then you could get it for a bit less.
Option 2: Palace Hotel – Oxford Road

Also very close but the rates for the conference dates are more than double of the Holiday Inn Express.
Option 3: booking.com
