Planning and Complexity

Travel and accommodation

15th meeting: Crossing over with Complexity: Co-evolution in Planning

Traveling to Ghent
The easiest way is to fly to Brussels Airport (BRU). There is a railway station at the airport, where you can take a train to Ghent every 30 minutes. The train ride to Ghent takes about an hour and the station is called Gent-Sint-Pieters. You can find the timetable and buy tickets here (fill in 'From: Airport' and 'To: Gent-Sint-Pieters').

Alternatively, you can also take a (high-speed) train directly to Gent-Sint-Pieters station. You can find the timetable and buy tickets here. The search app also includes high-speed trains such as Thalys, Eurostar, TGV and ICE.

From Gent-Sint-Pieters station tram 1 goes to the city centre and stops close to the conference venue (stop 'Verlorenkost'). You can buy a ticket at the vending machine on the platform.
